It supports up to 8K video, captures photos up to 48MP, and uses dedicated daylight and starlight sensors. 8K Ultra HD Video Recording

The SJCAM SJ30 records video at up to 8K 20fps. You can also choose 6K 30fps, 5K up to 45fps, 4K up to 60fps, and 2K up to 120fps.

For social media creators, the camera also supports native vertical video up to 5K 30fps. This option lets you create portrait content without cropping the original footage.

Dual-Lens Day and Night Shooting

The SJCAM SJ30 8K Action Camera uses two dedicated sensors for different lighting conditions. The daylight lens uses a 1/2.0-inch sensor, while the starlight lens uses a 1/1.8-inch sensor with an f/1.8 aperture.
