Replacement Warranty Policy – FriendGadgetBD

At FriendGadgetBD.com, we always ensure that all our customers get 100% Genuine Products. Many of our products come with official brand warranty, while some may not. If a product has any warranty coverage, it will be clearly mentioned on our website, invoice, or provided with a separate warranty card for a specific time period.

Please note:
🔹 Replacement Warranty is valid for ONE TIME only.
If the product faces an issue and qualifies for replacement, it will be replaced once. After replacement, if the same or other issues occur again, the warranty will continue as a service warranty only.


Eligible Cases for Replacement

You may apply for a replacement if your product faces:

  • Any manufacturing fault
  • OS related issues (not applicable for apps)
  • No Power / Dead device (not applicable for accessories like Remote, Keyboard, Light, Battery, etc.)
  • Device continuously restarting or performing below 60% capacity

If the product qualifies after inspection, you will receive a new product as replacement.


Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement

Replacement will not be accepted if:

  • The product has physical damage
  • Any burn marks or similar damage
  • The product is not running on original software or the warranty seal/sticker is broken
  • The product has been used abnormally or in unsuitable conditions
  • Any item already replaced once (no further replacement warranty applies)

Important Notes

  • In case the same product is not available in stock, replacement may take some time.
  • If the product is permanently unavailable, we may offer a service warranty as an alternative.
