How Deliveries Work at FriendGadgetBD

At FriendGadgetBD.com, we want to make sure you get your products fast, safe, and hassle-free. We deliver both inside Dhaka City and across Bangladesh using reliable courier partners like SteadFast, PaperFly, Sundarban Courier, SA Poribohon, and others.

Delivery process depends on where your order will be delivered:

Delivery Inside Dhaka City

  • We mostly use SteadFast Courier for Dhaka city deliveries.
  • Sometimes we may use PaperFly Courier.
  • In general, delivery is completed within 24–72 hours.
  • Free Delivery: If your order is above BDT 10,000 in value and under 2 kg weight.
  • For orders outside this limit, delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

Office Pickup (FriendGadgetBD Office)

Want to pick up your order yourself? Sure!

  • Place your order online and call our hotline +880 1761-750127 to confirm stock.
  • After confirmation, you can pick up your order from our office between 10 AM – 7 PM (everyday).

Delivery Timeframe

  • Inside Dhaka: Usually next day delivery after confirmation. In rare cases, it may take 2–3 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): Delivery via Sundarban, PaperFly, SA Paribohon, or SteadFast takes about 2–5 business days. Exceptional cases may take longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

👉 Orders placed before 5 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after 5 PM are dispatched the next day.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: Free delivery for orders above BDT 10,000 & under 2kg. Otherwise, delivery charges will apply (shown at checkout).
  • Nationwide: Generally BDT 100–150 depending on product weight and location. Special shipping costs will be shown at checkout if applicable.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is confirmed and dispatched.
  • The message may also include a tracking number (where applicable).
  • You can also log in to your FriendGadgetBD account to track your order status online.

Changing Delivery Details

If you need to change your delivery details after placing an order:

  • Call us at +880 1761-750127 or email us as early as possible.
  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
  • Once the order is dispatched, unfortunately, delivery details cannot be changed.
