Once you place an order on Friend Gadget BD and payment is confirmed (or payment method approved), we process your order within 1 business day.
After processing, we pack your products carefully with protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

💳 Payment & Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
We accept multiple payment methods: advance payment (mobile-banking, bank transfer, online) or Cash-on-Delivery (COD), where available.
For COD orders: please ensure you have exact amount ready at delivery — our delivery agents may not always carry change.
Some products (especially high-value items) may require partial or full payment in advance — COD may be restricted for those.
🔄 Returns / Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping address at the time of order. If a package is returned due to wrong or incomplete address, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.
If the package is undeliverable due to courier limitations (remote area, inaccessible location, etc.), we will contact you to arrange alternate solution (pickup from nearest courier office or rescheduling, whichever applies).
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photos/videos). We’ll guide you through return or replacement process as per our Return Policy.
🔐 Safety, Packaging & Tracking
All items — especially electronic gadgets and accessories — are packed with protective materials to minimize risk of damage during transit.
For each order, when dispatched, we provide a tracking number / shipment ID so you can monitor your parcel until it reaches you.
Products should be checked at the time of delivery — open in presence of delivery agent (if possible) to confirm package condition.

Friend Gadget BD reserves the right to modify delivery charges or delivery time based on courier service availability, package size/weight, or destination area. Any such changes will be communicated to you before order confirmation.
In case of exceptional delays (natural disasters, transport disruption, courier service issues), we’ll inform you promptly and do our best to deliver as soon as possible.
